When Back Pain Gets You Down...

Back and sciatic pain can sometimes get you down, I know. 

Although my back is soooo much better these days I do still vividly recall the very difficult times I experienced.... I have been there and I totally understand...

I find that on an emotional level this quote sometimes helped me to gain perspective and the strength to pick myself up and go forward, seek help or just know that I can deal with it.

"Expect trouble as an inevitable part of life, and when it comes, hold your head high, look it squarely in the eye and say,
" I will be bigger than you . You cannot defeat me" Then repeat to yourself the most comforting words of all,
"This too shall pass"
