10 Early Warning Signs of Arthritis to Watch Out For...

Red flower

I’m sure you’ve noticed that, as you’ve become a little older, you’ve got all sorts of aches and pains in places you didn’t have when you were younger.  I know I have, and it’s sort of worrying to think about it!

You’re likely wondering if that grinding in your knees as you walk down the stairs is a cause for concern – or if the weakened grip as you try to open a jar is normal -- and possibly an early sign of Arthritis.

My Mum had two types of arthritis and I watched her go through so much pain and felt so helpless. I wanted to do something to help her so much but I did not have the knowledge. She had medications from the doctors but they never seemed to totally take away the pain and of course, had side effects she had to deal with too.

As my Mum had arthritis I am now taking even more care and keeping an eye on my body and watching out for any early signs of arthritis.

If like me you are wanting to look after your body and maybe have some concerns over Arthritis , you’re really going to find today’s article below from Dr. Mark Wiley extremely helpful… because in it he once and for all clears up if you’re already doomed or whether or not you even need to be concerned…

APOLOGIES ARTICLE NOW UNAVAILABLE (26.2.24)

If you already have Arthritis, you’re still going to love this article because he also reveals how you can actually reverse its effects with simple changes in your diet alone.
And even if you yourself don’t have Arthritis now, you are in the best position of all because this will give you the road map to preventing it along with a host of other related health conditions.

I love being active as possible and want to be able to do my garden, go walking, travel and do what I want to do as long as possible. I saw my Mum struggle with things and the increasing help she required. She was fiercely independent but she did need help with all sorts of things from opening jars to later on walking.

If I had known about this Arthritis Reversed book then I might have been able to advise her better. Anyway you can benefit from it so it makes me happy to be able to share with you. Imagine how great it’s going to be to finally be able to do all the things that your arthritis or joint pain has been keeping you from…

Don’t wait around for Arthritis to claim you as its next victim… and if it already has, it’s time for you to fight back and win!

How To Sleep Better With Back or Neck Pain

Back And Neck Pain? Gain Better Sleep With A Body Support Pillow

Back pain can be a leading cause of sleep discomfort.  Maybe you are coping with sciatica, back pain, head or neck pain. This post is about sleeping with these types of issues more comfortably and the full body support pillows that can help you get more comfortable. These are lovely to give support or sink into for sleep comfort.

For many people sleeping comfortably with a bad back or sciatic pain is a nightmare.

People have problems sleeping for many reasons including head and neck pain and a bad back. Sometimes it is muscular in the back muscles, sometimes spinal issues structurally or sciatic nerve issues.

It is also vital that your head and neck is properly supported while sleeping as well as your back and hips. This is to ensure that your spine is in full and proper alignment all the way from your neck to your hips. The full body sleep pillows like this Comfort U Total Body Support Pillow (Full Size) do this for you without you having to think about it.

Always check with a qualified medical practitioner if you are experiencing head, neck, back or sciatic pain.

There is a full sized version Comfort U Total Body Support Pillow (Full Size) and is very lovely and supportive. It does take up room in the bed but is so worth it if you get a good nights sleep with your back properly supported.
There is also a petite version if you think you may prefer that one.

How Do You Sleep? My experience with how to sleep with sciatic and back pain and full body pillows

When I had severe back and sciatic pain I struggled with how to sleep. I have coped with back and sciatic pain and know first hand how useful these sleeping pillows and full body pillows can be.

I used to use pillow supports either between the knees or under my lower back and I have to say pillows do a good job to an extent or for an occasional remedy, but not in my experience longer term.

However having used both normal pillows and a body pillow I find body pillows are much better than messing around with normal pillows which seem to fall out of the bed and just not give the total support you need. I have found body pillows excellent for me.

These Leachco Snoogle Total Body Pillow, White body pillows are good for pregnancy but not only for that, they are excellent for all of us who have back and sciatic pain.

You can sleep with this body pillow tucked in between your legs which I find a good position to support my spine.

Trying to do the same with pillows never quite worked for me as I am a bit restless sleeper and pillows kept slipping and then of course I woke up !

With a body pillow like this there is much less risk of slippage. It does take a little time to get used to but is well worth trying.

If you have neck pain you will know how it can be very debilitating. Neck pain can range from a mild niggle from a little tension or having slept awkwardly, to a serious continuous neck pain that can have a major impact on your life. Often it is invisible to other people and therefore people just do not know or understand what pain you can be going through.

If you have back issues you may well find that you also gain neck pain as your whole body tries to compensate and becomes thrown out of balance.

How To Get Neck Pain Relief.

One thing you will know if you have neck pain is that it is hard if not impossible to ignore it !!

So what are your options if you have neck pain? Well if you have neck pain you have probably already tried Painkillers, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage and they may not have worked for you or only worked temporarily.

I know through first hand experience  how hard it is to try lots of treatments for pain and the frustration and sadness when they do not work or only work for a short time.

Pain killers can indeed in some cases kill the pain - but- what effect are they having on your body, and can you take them long term or will their effect lessen.

Just reading about your neck pain may not be enough, you can learn and you can even try those free exercises that are possible to find. However be careful as they wont be specific to you and who has devised them?

A chiropractor or similar may be useful to you, but they can only fix the temporary misalignment in your spine. In addition the cost of going back for repeated treatments can be extremely expensive! I know as I went to a chiropractor for several months and although he did help me it became very expensive and burnt a hole in my pocket!!

Also what about the effect of muscle imbalances? Do they matter?

There is now an alternative from the people who brought you Lose The Back Pain System which I trusted my back to and it worked ! To ease or sort out your neck pain there is a neck pain relief system you can buy and use in the comfort of home. There is a physical version and an online version to choose from. The online version is the most affordable, however it works best if you have a high speed internet connection.

My Neck Is Killing Me…

A persons neck

It's funny how everything in your body is connected like a single... tightly wrapped piece of rope.

When one area hurts, it reduces the function of another. If one organ isn't functioning properly... you feel it throughout your entire body.

And if the nutrients going in your body aren't reducing inflammation – they're CAUSING inflammation... which as you know is the single worst enemy for your body.

This is something a friend of mine learned the hard way recently...

Her neck had been bothering her for a few days and she couldn't figure out why. She was active and she never injured it – so why would she be having pain?

She asked me for some help, and I gave her 3 very important tips of advice that will be helpful for you if you've ever experienced “mystery neck pain” (or pain anywhere else) like she was...

Tip #1 – You Must EAT Foods That Reduce Inflammation – Leafy vegetables... berries and fruits... omega 3 fatty acids (from nuts, olive oil, fish, etc.)... these are all things you SHOULD be eating as they act as natural anti-inflammatories in your body.

Tip #2 – You Must AVOID Foods That Increase Inflammation – Sugars...pastries... soft drinks... cereals... all of these foods must be avoided at all costs to avoid the inflammation which puts you in pain(and larger sized jeans).

Tip #3 – Correct Your Muscle Imbalances – Very few people are aware that if you experience pain in your joints, ligaments and muscles... it can be directly attributed to muscle imbalances in the surrounding muscles.

When I told my friend this fact, I saw the lightbulb click on in her head. She said she was eating anti-inflammatory foods... and avoiding foods that cause inflammation... so that must be it!

After hearing this, I immediately called up my friend Dr. Brian Paris, who is a renowned Chiropractor. I know him through Steve Hefferon and Jesse Cannone. I have known these guys for years since they helped me get rid of my back pain so I do trust them and anyone who works with them.

He told me he'd recently put together a comprehensive guide to getting rid of neck pain once and for all without pain pills... surgery... or even having to go to a chiropractor.

(He created it because his techniques became so popular he couldn't fit anymore patients into his schedule)

Anyway... I sent my friend to this letter written by Dr. Paris and Jesse Cannone (an internationally known back and neck pain expert) and she LOVED IT.

Learn More About Lose The Neck Pain Here!

What I think you'll find most interesting is the part about WHY you have neck pain.

Trust me – it's not what you think.

Getting rid of inflammation is just part of the battle. Plus, injuries... herniated/bulging discs and strains aren't the true cause of your pain either it turns out.

The true answer to your pain lies here!

If you've ever suffered from chronic, makes-you-massage-your-own-neck pain like I have... you'll find it interesting as well. It's filled with great content and will make you think twice about ever going to the doctor again – I can tell you that much!

Gentle Hugs
