Back and sciatic pain can sometimes get you down, I know.  Although my back is soooo much better these days I do still vividly recall the very difficult times I experienced.... I have been there and I totally understand... I find that on an emotional level this quote sometimes helped me to gain perspective and the strength to pick myself up and go forward, seek help or just know that I can deal with it. "Expect trouble as an inevitable part of life, and when it comes, hold your head high, look it squarely in the eye and say, " I will be bigger than you . Comfortable shoes or sandals. You need to be sure that you can walk around in your footwear.
