I understand there are times when you are up to the challenge of your back and sciatic pain ...and I understand there are times when it is so difficult...
It is difficult to always be as steady as a rock, calm and positive all the time when life is hard and you are in pain...
Of course it is so important to never give up searching for your solution and staying focussed and positive. However sometimes we need a little ...maybe inspiration or just knowing we are still loved and loveable, and that the world can be a beautiful place ...
