New And Improved 7 Day Back Pain Cure !

Hi, sorry been away for a little while dealing with family illness but back now and I really want to share this new revised free back pain book with you !

Please read the important message below from
my friend Jesse Cannone at The Healthy Back
Institute. It could very well change your life.

Thank you,

Do You Want to “Manage” Your Back Pain… or End It?

Most doctors have no idea how to cure back pain.
So they “manage” it.

They tell you to rest and give you painkillers or muscle
relaxers. But those pills just mask your pain. So when
you stop taking them, it comes roaring back.

That’s why you have to go back to the doctor… or
chiropractor… or acupuncturist… over and over again.
They help you feel better – for a while – but they don’t
solve the problem.

Wouldn’t you rather get rid of your back pain for good?

Chances are, you can.
My name is Jesse Cannone. As a physical trainer, I’ve
worked with thousands of people suffering with back pain.
And I’ve been a back pain sufferer myself.

Nothing my doctors did helped for long. But thanks to a
chance meeting at a fitness seminar, I’ve been pain-free
for over a decade.

What I’ve learned since then could fill a book. In fact, it
has. And I’d like to send you a copy of my brand new

“Expanded and Updated” book, The 7-Day Back Pain
Cure
, FREE!-(Small Shipping charge.)

Click Here To Secure Your Free Copy Now

There are over 100 new pages of fresh material in this
new beefed-up version of my book that has already helped
over 155,000 people find relief from the shackles of back pain.

Years of tireless study have taught me three important truths:

  1. Most “experts” – including doctors – don’t understand
the true causes of back pain.
  2. Most back-pain treatments are like sticking your finger
in the dike. You may stop the leak for a little while…
but they do nothing to solve the real problem.
  3. Virtually everyone can ease their pain significantly. And
most people can end it for good.
In The 7-Day Back Pain Cure, you’ll discover the true causes
of back pain… little-known ways to fix what’s wrong… and simple steps you can take to stop your pain once and for all.

As mentioned earlier, I’ve just finished a complete revision – with over 100 pages of new material – so this is the most up-to-date information you can get. Plus, I’ve added several brand-new chapters on sleep, travel and more.

Find out why conventional treatments are mostly doomed to fail…
why surgeries are often just a shot in the dark… and how something as simple as stretching can work when medical treatments fail.

The 7-Day Back Pain Cure is your road map to a pain-free life.

And it’s yours FREE. (Just pay a small shipping and handling charge.) In fact, you can even order extra copies for your friends and family.

Why free? Because I understand what it’s like to suffer with back pain that just won’t go away. To miss out on life because one false move could put you on the sidelines for weeks.

Now I’m living every day to its fullest – pain free. And you could be, too.

To get started, just click here for your FREE copy of The 7-Day Back Pain Cure.

Imagine what you’ll do when your back doesn’t hurt any more. Walk… garden… dance… play tennis. The sky’s the limit. And it all starts with your FREE copy of The 7-Day Back Pain Cure.

Wishing you the best,
Jesse Cannone, CFT, CPRS, CSPN

P.S. Don’t just take my word for it. Here’s what readers say
about my methods and The 7-Day Back Pain Cure:

  • I couldn’t believe myself that the shooting pain in my hip

  • Last week I was ready to go shopping for a walking
stick. Now I don't need one!
                            - Bennie L.
  • … within 2 weeks I was all better. I can walk, ride
my elliptical, swim, do squats, climb stairs, bend
over pulling weeds and all the other physical
    activities that triggered the pain.
                    - Linda M.
  • It took me two weeks to get rid of my back pain
and I've been pain free for 7 months now.

Walking a dog with back pain

Labradoodle dog

If you have back pain and you have a dog you may need to tackle this issue. Dogs need a walk everyday and unless you can get someone else to walk your dog you need to consider what you will do. I was in this position and learned a few things through trial and error.

First thing is to check with your healthcare provider if it is OK for you to try walking your dog with your condition. The most important thing for you is to be safe and not to damage your back.

If they say no then you must find someone else to walk your dog. This may be a family member, a friend, a neighbour, someone you trust, or you could think about hiring a licensed dog walker. It is important your dog is walked every day and it is important you are safe and look after your back.. This may be the most viable option for you if you re in a lot of pain or cannot walk very far or feel unsteady. I was in this position for a while until my back pain started to improve.

If you get the Ok from your physician here are a few tips.

1. If your dog walks well on a lead , nicely beside you, and not pulling, you have a head start and well done you for training him or her well.  It may be useful  for you to carry a long walking cane with you to give you some support if the ground is rough or you need to steady  yourself. Walk your well trained dog on a loose lead but not a very long line/flexi lead. Even the best behaved dogs may run after a rabbit and on a very long line you will be talking a lot of strain.

2. If your dog pulls on a lead it may be worthwhile investing in some training for you and your dog or as a short term measure it may be worth a trip to the pet shop and ask them if there is any other type of lead suited to your dog that will reduce them pulling and the strain in your back. You will be looking for gentle halti, gentle leader, canny collar type  leads, not choke chains or other s that can hurt your dog.

3. If you have plenty of safe open space and your dog has great recall and wears a dog identity tag/is microchipped, you can try letting him off lead and having his exercise that way. You can also if he is trained to do so, walk him beside you off lead. You can if you are able throw balls for him or play a game where if you have a walking companion you can call him to you " Ben come here!" and he runs between you both- he must have fuss or a treat when he reaches you though.

Never walk your dog off lead where there is traffic or children playing. Safety first at all times for you, other people  and your dog.

4. Take your dog to training classes to teach him to walk nicely on lead. This is the longer term and most valuable option. It is not difficult to learn the techniques and just explain to your trainer that you have back issues and they should adapt the training to you both. You will need to practice but in the mid to long term it will be better for you and your dog if he walks well on the lead.

5. If you are out and about with your dog do tell someone where you are going and what time to expect you to return. Also carry with you something indicating who you are and what medical condition you have and that you have a dog. It is worth a lot if you are suddenly taken ill and need help. Especially if you have a medical condition it is worth having a Medic ID Alert bracelet so that if you are taken ill while out walking your medical condition can easily be known.

Is Your Job Killing Your back?

If you’ve ever suffered from back pain, the problem most likely has nothing to do with your back.

Let me explain...

The way we live today, our bodies are constantly contorted into positions that are abnormal for us. Often too much sitting....

Whether it’s working at your desk for 8... 9... 10 hours a day, commuting to work or relaxing and watching television, your body isn’t meant to stay in the “sitting” position for very long.

What’s the result? Your body becomes misaligned… specifically your hips.

After a prolonged period of time, your hips start to pull on the tendons and ligaments that connect it to your back. And this pulling is what causes the sharp or dull back pain many people suffer from.

If you were to go to a doctor, you may be told to do some stretches to “fix” your back.

But there’s a problem with this solution.

Most of these stretches are designed to loosen your joints. And the key factor that these doctors don’t know about is that you don’t want loose joints. You want them to be tight. Tight joints mean stable and strong joints. And help prevent injury in the first place.

That’s why the guys at The Healthy Back Institute suggested these exercises and more to me. I really needed them! These exercises help to  realign your hips to relieve stress on your back, but also works to help keep your joints nice and tight to help avoid injury in the future.

Here are some stretches they got me to do

  • Shoulder Stretch: This one was important to me due to the amount of time i spent at the computer and also driving. You need to stretch and develop these muscles because they are very susceptible to injury. And tight shoulder muscles contribute to back and neck pain, especially if your head and shoulders droop forward.

How To: Stand in an open doorway. Raising your arm to a 90-degree angle with palm facing out, press your hand and shoulder against the wall and doorjamb. You should feel the wall against your armpit. Slowly increase the tension as you push forward. Hold for a 10 count. Then repeat with the other arm.

  • Hip Flexors: You need to do this stretch, particularly if you sit all day at work. I was way too sedentary in my job and it was not good for me at all. Meetings, in the car, computer work, reading - all sitting...

  • Sitting all day puts pressure on the hip flexor muscles. This is a major cause of minor lower back pain. Stretching your hip flexors muscles several times a week will prevent this kind of lower back pain. I find this stretch particularly valuable and make sure I include it often even though I do not suffer regular pain now.

How To: Stand in a modified runner stance, with right foot forward and left foot back, feet flat on floor. Put your hands on your hips and keep your back and hips in straight alignment. Push forward with your hips, while maintaining your erect posture. Slowly, push your hips forward only until you feel a comfortable level of tension. Hold for a 10 count. Switch sides by reversing your leg stance and repeat.

Give these a try. They work for me. Start off every other day and go from there. Do go slow and steady as your body may not be used to these type of exercises.  Consistency is the key.

There are other steps you can take to overcome back pain and stiffness naturally, too.

In fact, Jesse Cannone – a top fitness trainer and co-founder of the Healthy Back Institute – has written a book called The 7-Day Back Pain Cure. It shows you how to get to the root of back pain problems and fix them without drugs, injections, or surgery. It also suggests numerous measures you can take to prevent back pain in the future.

It's not an eBook or anything like that... it's a real book and it's for sale on Amazon and at Barnes and Noble, but don't go buy it because if you go to his website right now you can get a free copy. You just pay a small shipping fee...

4 Tips To Watering The Garden With Back Pain.

Garden with flowers

Before back pain issues I used to lug around a heavy watering can to water all my pots and troughs full of plants and also the new starters in the garden. After I got back issues that was not going to be a good thing for me, yet the plants still needed watering in the heat of the summer and it wasn't fair to expect my husband to do it all.

I love gardening and those of you who know me know that I wasn't about to give it up. One Doctor had told me... I would never garden again...

While that comment plunged me into some despair it also made me start thinking about how I CAN DO things and what I CAN DO rather than what I cannot do.

Now its ironic I am writing this as it is pouring down with rain outside!!(LOL!!) However, we have had some very hot spells when especially my young seedlings and pot plants have found it tough going.

So a couple of quick remedies for watering your plants if you have back pain.

1. I use a household watering can, its much smaller and lighter and obviously holds less water. It is sufficient for watering all the young plants and those in pots for the most part. It does mean more trips to the tap but it is better for me to do a bit extra walking than it is to lift heavy things.

2. Another solution if you do not have a hosepipe ban is to use a hosepipe preferably on a spray setting or other gentle setting on your plants. I prefer an expandable hosepipe as it is less heavy for me to move around and easier to store. This is very easy and puts no strain on the back at all. Of course if you are on a water meter or water is restricted in your area this will be more difficult for you. We all do need to bear our water consumption in mind as well of course.

3. You may also want to fix a system of self watering or timed watering in your garden which gives a more gentle measured flow.

Take care of your plants by all means but take care of YOU first :)

4. I spent almost a year "supervising" my poor husband in the garden when I really struggled to do anything. My mobility was low and pain levels just too high so wonderful man he is, he stepped up to the plate. He did not have the gardening bug though he is very competent now!

What had been pretty much my thing became something we now share and that is also wonderful to me. If you cannot do it yourself then look for a gardening "buddy" who can do some of the heavier work for you.

If you have any other hints I would be pleased to hear them.

Back Pain Thought For The Day

Having done a lot of gardening recently it has to be this quote.

Always makes me laugh  :)

How To Use Back Pain Support Forums Effectively.

Back pain support forums can be very useful to anyone coping with back and sciatic pain.

However in order to get the best out of them, and contribute the most to them, there are certain points to bear in mind.

I have visited and taken part in many back and neck pain forums and have learned the lessons and tips that can help you make the most of it for yourself.

In my experience you can learn such a lot from people on a back or neck pain support forum.

However you do need to tread with some caution. What does, or doesn't suit one person may be completely different for some one else.

You must also ensure that you never stop any medical treatment based soley on what you read.

The great thing is though that you may well be introduced to ideas and treatments you had never heard of which you can then discuss further to see if they would suit you.

The most valuable part is simply sharing your experiences and gaining ....and giving support to each other.

My Neck Is Killing Me…

A persons neck

It's funny how everything in your body is connected like a single... tightly wrapped piece of rope.

When one area hurts, it reduces the function of another. If one organ isn't functioning properly... you feel it throughout your entire body.

And if the nutrients going in your body aren't reducing inflammation – they're CAUSING inflammation... which as you know is the single worst enemy for your body.

This is something a friend of mine learned the hard way recently...

Her neck had been bothering her for a few days and she couldn't figure out why. She was active and she never injured it – so why would she be having pain?

She asked me for some help, and I gave her 3 very important tips of advice that will be helpful for you if you've ever experienced “mystery neck pain” (or pain anywhere else) like she was...

Tip #1 – You Must EAT Foods That Reduce Inflammation – Leafy vegetables... berries and fruits... omega 3 fatty acids (from nuts, olive oil, fish, etc.)... these are all things you SHOULD be eating as they act as natural anti-inflammatories in your body.

Tip #2 – You Must AVOID Foods That Increase Inflammation – Sugars...pastries... soft drinks... cereals... all of these foods must be avoided at all costs to avoid the inflammation which puts you in pain(and larger sized jeans).

Tip #3 – Correct Your Muscle Imbalances – Very few people are aware that if you experience pain in your joints, ligaments and muscles... it can be directly attributed to muscle imbalances in the surrounding muscles.

When I told my friend this fact, I saw the lightbulb click on in her head. She said she was eating anti-inflammatory foods... and avoiding foods that cause inflammation... so that must be it!

After hearing this, I immediately called up my friend Dr. Brian Paris, who is a renowned Chiropractor. I know him through Steve Hefferon and Jesse Cannone. I have known these guys for years since they helped me get rid of my back pain so I do trust them and anyone who works with them.

He told me he'd recently put together a comprehensive guide to getting rid of neck pain once and for all without pain pills... surgery... or even having to go to a chiropractor.

(He created it because his techniques became so popular he couldn't fit anymore patients into his schedule)

Anyway... I sent my friend to this letter written by Dr. Paris and Jesse Cannone (an internationally known back and neck pain expert) and she LOVED IT.

Learn More About Lose The Neck Pain Here!

What I think you'll find most interesting is the part about WHY you have neck pain.

Trust me – it's not what you think.

Getting rid of inflammation is just part of the battle. Plus, injuries... herniated/bulging discs and strains aren't the true cause of your pain either it turns out.

The true answer to your pain lies here!

If you've ever suffered from chronic, makes-you-massage-your-own-neck pain like I have... you'll find it interesting as well. It's filled with great content and will make you think twice about ever going to the doctor again – I can tell you that much!

Natural Anti-Inflammatory Heal-n-Soothe.

What Are Systemic ProteolyticEnzymes and How Can YouBenefit from Them?

By Steven Hefferon, CMT, PTA, CPRS

Proteolytic enzymes, also referred to as "proteases," are enzymes that break down proteins into their smallest elements. If this breakdown of proteins happens in your gut, we call the enzymes "digestive," because they help us digest our food. Systemic proteolytic enzymes, however, have a completely different purpose, so please don't confuse the two.

When taken on an empty stomach, proteolytic enzymes will pass through the stomach or intestine lining and enter the circulatory system. This is why they are called "systemic" - once they enter the circulatory system, they circulate throughout the body.

Click here For Your Heal And Soothe

Why are systemic proteolytic enzymes important?

The most important thing that systemic proteolytic enzymes do is to break down excess fibrin in your circulatory system and in other connective tissue, such as your muscles. These enzymes bring nutrients and oxygen-rich blood that remove the metabolic waste produced by inflammation and excess fibrin.

For example, If you have an injury or are recovering from a painful condition of any kind and your blood flow is restricted, you will have a longer recovery process. In addition, the exchange of nutrients and oxygen in your body will be limited, and there will be an will have a longer recovery but an increase in pain and inflammation.

One more important thing to understand: Whenever you're recovering from a muscle irritation, injury, or surgery, the body uses fibrin to help heal itself. This is normal and healthy. The only problem is that with poor blood flow and a lack of enzyme activity, that fibrin will start to accumulate. If the area in question is slow to heal, an excess of fibrin will appear as clumps of scar tissue in the muscle or at the surgical site. Once this happens, you acute condition becomes chronic.

Now that you know that excess fibrin throughout your circulatory system will severely limit the amount of blood flow to areas that need it the most, you may be wondering how the body tries to compensate for this restriction. The answer is simple: by forcing the heart to work harder and increasing your blood pressure.

How do you know if you have too much fibrin?

As I have noted, the body will do what it needs to do to keep us alive - sometimes at great cost to your overall health. Some possible indicators of excess fibrin in your system include: chronic fatigue, slow healing, inflammation and pain, and elevated blood pressure. There is also a medical test to measure something called "blood monomers."

The dangers of too much fibrin...

The medical community has long known that excess fibrin presents a cardiac and stroke risk. Finally, they have acknowledged a link between excess fibrin and chronic systemic inflammation, the true root cause of virtually every disease and painful condition know to man.

Which conditions do proteolytic enzymes help and how?

The list below is only a sample of the types of conditions that can be addressed with systemic proteolytic enzymes. If you are still wondering how one little substance can support all of these conditions, remember that they all have one thing in common - excess fibrin, which causes a reduction in blood flow.

Herniated Disc
Hyper-coagulation
Sciatica
Spinal Stenosis
Strains and Sprains
Post-operative Scar Tissue
Traumatic Inflammation
Uterine Fibroids

Click here For Your Heal And Soothe

Which would you rather take - a pain killer or a healing enzyme?

Truth is, very few pain killers help heal the body, and in most cases the side effects are rather unpleasant. On the other hand, systemic proteolytic enzymes support the body's ability to heal itself, and they reduce the signs and symptoms of a chronic condition.

Can proteolytic enzymes be used with other pain meds?

I knew you were going to ask. Yes, enzymes can used if you are taking low-dose non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), as long as they are taken 60 minutes apart.

How about clinical research?

Where is the proof? There are untold numbers of clinical studies that have been done on proteolytic enzymes, and we have 76 of the most relevant studies listed on our site. Let's not forget that these enzymes have been in use in Europe for more than 50 years. And in Japan, some proteolytic enzymes are classified as prescription drugs.

Where do proteolytic enzymes come from?

Some are animal-bases, some are plant-based - such as Bromelain and Papain - and some are fungus-based, such as Serrazimes®.

Which types are best and why?

I recommend plant- and fungus-based enzymes because they tolerate the gastric environment better, so more of the enzymes make their way into the circulatory system.

How long does it take to start to work?

Enzymes go to work immediately. The big difference between enzymes and vitamins is the way they are measured. Enzymes are not measured by weight; they are measured in Units of Fibrolytic Activity, which means how much fibrin they break down in a set amount of time.

The questions you really want answered are: "How long will it take to get pain relief and reduce my inflammation?" and "How fast will my healing happen?" Truth is, there is no simple answer because the healing process and outcome will be different for everyone.

There are a number of factors that bear on how fast the enzymes will work for you, including dosage, quality of sleep, diet, and physical activity. Even the very treatments you are undergoing to try to get better could be holding you back.

Are proteolytic enzymes safe for continued use?

Yes, proteolytic enzymes should be considered safe for continued use. There are three suggested usage protocols: one is a rotation of 12 weeks on and 4 weeks off; two is to take them continuously; and three is to take them on as-needed basis.

Who should not take proteolytic enzymes?

1. Individuals taking prescription blood thinners (Coumadin, Heparin, Plavix)
2. Anyone who will be having surgery in less than two weeks
3. Individuals with known ulcers of the stomach
4. Individuals with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease.(GERD)
5. Pregnant or lactating women
6. Individuals currently taking antibiotics
7. Individuals with an allergic reaction to pineapples or papayas

Are there any side effects?

Proteolytic enzymes have an excellent safety record, with no significant side effects reported. With any supplement, however, there is always the risk of developing an allergy to one or more ingredients. If this happens, you should discontinue use.

Choosing to try systemic proteolytic enzymes.

Remember, the enzymes are supporting the healing process, so recovery from any condition is going to take time. You don't just take the enzymes and expect to get better immediately. By using these enzymes as part of a well-planned recovery process, you're making a commitment to doing what it takes to make improvements in your life.
Everything I've told you so far I learned from people who are far more knowledgeable than I am about the role enzymes play in helping us achieve optimal health.

So, when I say that I had a hand in creating Heal-n-Soothe™ - albeit a small hand - I nevertheless did my part, which was to find the world's best enzyme formulators. Once I had done that, I told them to make me the best product in the world - and that's exactly what they did.

Without question, the Heal-n-Soothe™ formula has the highest fibrolytic activity of any product in the world per dose. Our formulators blended 11 ingredients that would have a cascading effect, which means that they help support the work of the enzymes and deliver even more beneficial results.

I'm not a big fan of taking a lot of supplements. I drink my multivitamin and pop my enzymes - that's it. I know that trying to figure out which supplements to take can be overwhelming and that taking supplements can get expensive. Still, I look at supplements as a long-term investment toward achieving optimal health.

So, if working toward optimal health is your goal and you think that your life and your body would benefit form having less fibrin and better blood flow, then you should seriously consider enzymes.

If you do decide to try enzymes, do me one favor: Never - ever - buy an enzyme that lists the dose in milligrams (mg) or has "Proprietary Enzyme Blend" on the label.

Enzymes are not measured in mg and should not be sold in mg. "Proprietary Enzyme Blend" is a shady way of not telling you the consumer how much enzyme is in the product, so don't support a company that cannot be honest with you. Demand full disclosure on the label.
