God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference

RED FLAGS and back pain...when it is essential you are checked out by a medical practitioner. I have looked around and these appear to be the red flags raised among many professionals regarding back pain. This is not a definitive list but if you experience any of the following it is wise for you to consult with a healthcare professional urgently: Back Pain and ; Loss of bowel or bladder function.
