What do you do with your troubles?
I just came across this wonderful little post and I wanted to share it with you.
We all have troubles and certainly if you have back and sciatic pain you have your fair share...more than your fair share.
However, can we, should we carry them around with us all the time or can we put them aside for a while...? Is that possible? It is food for thought for me....
